In this video, Pat Brown gives a brief overview of gain structure.  What is it and why does it matter.

At InfoComm last month, I asked a DSP manufacturer what SynAudCon could produce that would make their job easier. His reply was “We need a 5-minute tutorial on gain structure. A lot of the folks that come to our classes have no idea what it is, or why it matters.”

That’s a pretty tall order, but I decided to give it a try. Below is a 5-minute gain structure tutorial. The intent is to convey the majors with a broad brush stroke. I’ll follow it up with a Part 2 to add some details.  pb
